Jennifer Williams has over 10 years experience working in non-profit organizations in various capacities. She has worked in non-profit governance, resource mobilization, event planning, and donor relationship management. Her most recent position before the FSM Alliance, was on the Water, Sanitation & Hygiene team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; where her passion for sanitation, FSM, and non-sewered sanitation began. She has worked on both the FSM4 and FSM5 conferences as the lead project manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in Political Science and Sociology.
Communications and Fundraising Co-ordinator
Michaela holds a Masters degree in International Development, and has over 2 years experience in development communication. She specialises in social media communication, engaging stakeholders and representing marginalised voices. Michaela is interested in learning about and advocating/ communicating FSM research and new technologies that exist, as well as understanding how the work of sanitation workers can be improved according to particular contexts. Michaela also hold a Bachelors degree in Politics and International Relations. She enjoys travelling the world immersing herself in new cultures and telling their stories from their unique perspective.
